Born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI, but moved to Chicago, IL in 2004. In 2007, I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Chicago. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working as an Executive Chef & Executive Sous Chef in various restaurants and country clubs. My culinary journey even led to a feature on Food Network for my work at Chatterbox of Long Grove. Now, I'm dedicated to crafting unforgettable experiences for you and your guest.
